You learn others to duplicate what you do, and your first leadership skills emerge.

Team Leader / Mentor
( € 1.500 - € 4.000)
You'll develop leadership skills. Your team will grow, and you'll become a visible mentor. You'll learn to coach team members and bring structure to a growing organization. Others will look to you as a role model.
Focus: leadership, building culture, taking responsibility.
Organizationally, unfortunately / Business Builder
( € 4.000 - € 10.000)
You've built a team that's starting to operate independently. You're training new leaders, developing strategies, and thinking more and more like a high-level entrepreneur. You're working less in your business and more on it.
Focus: strategic thinking, leader development, scalability.
Top Leader / Visionary
(€10,000 no limit on income)
You're an established name within the organization. You run a large, stable organization with several leaders on your team. You inspire at events, contribute to business development, and have often built an international organization.
Focus: building a legacy, making an impact, inspiring at scale.

Objectives
It's essential that you not only strive for growth but also for leadership. Below is a list of objectives for (future) business partners. They are aligned with company goals, desired team and individual performance, and the ultimate goal: building leadership.
Successfully complete the start-up phase within 14 days
Within 14 days, you'll complete the first part of the Roadmap, including online training, onboarding modules, and your first product experiences to get you off to a solid start.
Achieve monthly sales target from week 2
Achieve a minimum turnover (depending on your plan) by building your own team.
Perform consistent daily activities
Work according to a daily method: x number of contacts, follow-ups and presentations per day.
Attend all team training sessions and company meetings
Leaders show commitment and are visible in the community.
Set and evaluate weekly goals with your team leader
Ensure measurable growth and personal reflection.
Supervise at least 5 team members
You will guide your first 5 team members to achieve their first promotion. Leaders create leaders.
Integrating personal development into your routine
At least 30 minutes a day. Consider books, podcasts, or courses on leadership, communication, and mindset.
Your first leadership rank
You'll reach the key position within 90 days, according to the business model. Provided you do what needs to be done to achieve it.

Education and experience

Course
No specific education is required. A completed vocational or higher professional education (MBO) degree can provide a good foundation, but more important is a willingness to learn, persevere, and continuously grow. You don't need to be an expert, as long as you're open to coaching and actively invest in your personal development.
Experience
Previous experience in sales, management, entrepreneurship, or teamwork is a plus, but not required. We believe that skills like communication, leadership, and customer focus can be developed, as long as you bring the right attitude.
