You develop leadership skills. Your team grows, and you become visible as a mentor. You learn to coach team members and bring structure to a growing organization. Others will come to see you as an example.

Organizational issues / Business Builder ( €4,000 -

You have built a team that is starting to run independently. You train new leaders, develop strategies, and increasingly think like a high-level entrepreneur. You work less in your business, and more on your business.

Top Leader / Visionary
(€ 10,000 no limit on income)
You are an established name within the organization. You run a large, stable organization with multiple leaders on your team. You inspire at events, contribute to business development, and have often built an international organization.

Objectives
It is essential that you not only want to grow, but also aspire to leadership. Below is a list of several objectives for (future) business partners. They are aligned with the business goals, the desired team and individual performance, and the ultimate goal: building leadership.
Successfully complete the startup phase within 14 days
Within 14 days, you will complete the first part of the Roadmap, online training, onboarding modules, and your first product experiences to get off to a solid start.
Achieve monthly revenue target starting week 2
Generate a minimum revenue (depending on your plan) by building your own team.
Perform consistent daily activities
Work according to a daily method: x number of contacts, follow-ups, and presentations per day.
Attend all team training sessions and company meetings
Leaders show commitment and are visible in the community.
Set and evaluate weekly goals with your team leader
Ensure measurable growth and personal reflection.
Supervise at least 5 team members
You will guide your first 5 team members to achieve their first promotion. Leaders create leaders.
Integrating personal development into your routine
At least 30 minutes a day. Think of books, podcasts, or courses on leadership, communication, and mindset.
Your first leadership rank
You reach the key position within 90 days, according to the business model. Provided you do what needs to be done.

Course
A specific educational background is not required. A completed MBO or HBO education can be a good foundation, but more important is the willingness to learn, persevere, and continuously grow. You don't have to be an expert, as long as you are open to coaching and actively invest in your personal development.
Experience
Previous experience in sales, management, entrepreneurship, or teamwork is a plus, but not a requirement. We believe that skills such as communication, leadership, and customer focus can be developed, as long as you bring the right attitude.
