Education and experience
This is a powerful and modern vision of leadership. Below is a clear, honest, and inspiring description of the desired education and experience, aligned with our philosophy: Mindset over credentials, commitment over experience. Education: No specific education is required. A completed vocational (MBO) or higher professional education (HBO) degree can be a good foundation, but more important is the willingness to learn, persevere, and continuously grow. You don't have to be an expert, as long as you are open to coaching and actively invest in your personal development. Experience: Previous experience in sales, management, entrepreneurship, or teamwork is a plus, but not required. We believe that skills such as communication, leadership, and customer focus can be developed, as long as you bring the right attitude. 1. Start as a business partner. Everyone starts at the same point. You start your own business within a proven system.
In this startup phase, you will complete all online basic training, onboarding modules, and initial product experiences within 30 days to get off to a solid start.
2. Team Builder ( €750 - €1,500) Once you actively start expanding your team and mentoring business partners, you'll grow in responsibility and revenue. You'll learn to replicate what others do, and your initial leadership skills will emerge. 3. Team Leader/Mentor ( €1,500 - €2,500) You'll develop leadership skills. Your team will grow, and you'll become visible as a mentor. You'll learn to deliver training, coach team members, and bring structure to a growing organization. Others will look to you as a role model.
4. Organizational Leader / Business Builder ( €2,500 - €4,000) You have built a team that is starting to operate independently. You train new leaders, develop strategies, and think increasingly like a high-level entrepreneur. 5. Top Leader / Visionary ( €4,000 ) You are an established name within the organization. You run a large, stable organization with several leaders on your team. You inspire at events, contribute to business development, and have often built an international organization.
